PAYMENT METHODS:

We accept payments via PayPal which includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (you do not need to have a PayPal account for these payment methods).
We also accept Bank transfers via I-Banking or ATM transfer to our POSB/UOB account. For ATM transfer, please keep your receipt and send us a snapshot as proof of payment.


DELIVERY OPTIONS:
We provide delivery via SingPost normal mail (no tracking available, we will not be liable for any lost/damage packages). We advise customers to opt for Registered mail for tracking purposes, alternatively, we provide doorstep courier delivery via TaQBin where customer can choose their preferred delivery date/timing.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. If an incorrect or defected item is received, please contact us via dressies@hotmail.com and we will direct you on how to exchange the item.
Please note that item must be returned unworn, unwashed and in its original condition within 14 days from delivery date.
In the event where we are unable to process an exchange (e.g. out of stock), customer can choose to exchange for other available items or store credit.


ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
After your order have been submitted, we will process it within 2 working days. We will contact you via email with an invoice which includes payment instructions based on your selected payment method. Please make payment within 48 hours to secure your order. Please note that your order can only be confirmed after we received and verified your payment. Your items will then be packed and shipped within 2 to 5 working days. For pre-orders, your items will be shipped upon stock arrival.
